Eastbound Creative Office development is anchored by a large tennant lounge and lobby space to greet visitors into the center of the office blocks. Sarabi Studio was brought aboard to provide various metal features including two pairs of center pivot doors that define the lounge space as well as blackened steel paneling above the drop ceilings at many locations.
