811 Barton Springs

811 Barton Springs has been an iconic building in Austin for decades. Its dated granite facade was i need up modernizing and ownership tapped local design firm FYOOG to provide a vibrant new vision for the space. Sarabi Studio provided the decorative metals package including the feature wall framing, new elevator portals and signage at the curb side in partnership with FORE construction and Transwestern. The new lobby is crisp and modern - a far cry from the dark and dated lobby that existed.
